1.The Articles of Confederation formally established the United States of America. Where the Constitution pronounced the "thirteen united states of America". The Articles of confederation allowed one vote per state while the constitution allowed one represenative to vote. The Constitution is stronger than the Articles of Confederation because with the Articles there was no order. The United States would be different because there would be no order. There were no serperate branches of Government.i think it would be much more chaotic without the constitution.
2.I never knew that you had to be at least thirty years old to be a Senator. Or that you had to be a citizen for a certain amount of time.
3.It was important because they didnt want the Constitiution to look like it could be overlooked. They want the constitution to be supreme over the law.

I like your answer to question 3. It's crucial that the Constitution doesn't get overlooked because the creators worked very hard and creating a document that would provide peace and harmony throughout our Nation, so it would be a huge disappointment if it were to get overlooked. I think that the laws in the Constitution should stay that way and courts should follow them.
ReplyDeleteI also like what you put about the Constitution being the supreme law. However I believe that the government is more like the Antifederalist since they fought so hard for the Bill of Rights. With out the Bill of Rights in todays world these rights could be taken from us.
